The month of June is the perfect time to begin gratitude journalling as part of our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling. We will be sharing ideas to help you get started on your gratitude journal. 

Even just a single thought expressing gratitude can be life-changing, so if writing isn’t your thing, don’t worry! A voice note, taking a photo or creating a sketch of something you’re grateful for is just as effective.
