Today for Tip 14 of our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, we’re focusing on nature and gratitude.
Take some time to write, draw or record what you’re grateful for in nature. Nature has a way of grounding us and helping us appreciate the beauty in the world around us. Use your journal to reflect on the natural world and write about what you’re grateful for.
Maybe you’re grateful for the way the sun shines through the trees in the morning, the sound of birds chirping outside your window, or the feeling of the wind blowing through your hair on a warm day.
Depict the ways that nature makes you feel and the ways it’s impacted your life. Maybe spending time outside helps you feel more relaxed, inspired, or connected to the world around you. Take a moment to express gratitude for the natural world and the gifts it brings.
Let yourself be present in the moment and appreciate the beauty that surrounds you.
