Our Tip Two for our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, is to boost your connection to the natural world by taking a moment to appreciate the beauty of nature and write it down in your gratitude journal.
Whether it’s the sound of birds chirping, a stunning sunset, or the smell of freshly cut grass, nature has a way of reminding us of life’s beauty.
Just a sentence is enough, or you can get creative and record a voice note (or bird song and nature sounds) or sketch or photograph what you’re thankful for in nature today.
