Tip 20 for our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, is to express gratitude for unexpected acts of kindness!
Take a moment to reflect on a time when someone did something kind for you and write about how it made you feel. Maybe it was a stranger who paid for your coffee, or a friend who surprised you with a thoughtful gift.
Or perhaps a loved one went out of their way to make your day a little easier. Whatever it may be, those moments of unexpected kindness can truly make a difference in our lives – simple gestures can completely turn our days around and make us feel seen and appreciated.
So today, let’s take some time to reflect on those moments of unexpected kindness and gratitude.
