Today for Tip 11 of mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, take some time to write about a new skill you want to learn and how you plan to achieve it.
Learning a new skill can be a fun and rewarding experience – it’s important to have goals that challenge us and help us grow. Use your journal to brainstorm ideas for a new skill you want to learn and reflect on the steps you can take to achieve it. Maybe you want to learn a new language, pick up a musical instrument, or develop your writing skills. Whatever the skill, write down a plan for achieving it and hold yourself accountable.
In addition to focusing on new skills, take a moment to express gratitude for your current abilities and accomplishments. Recognise the progress you’ve made and the skills that make you unique.
