Today for our mid-year Grateful in April project, a Journey of Journalling, Tip Four is focusing on the light at the end of the tunnel.
Think about a difficult time in your life and write down the things that brought you peace during that time, and why you’re grateful for it. Whether it was a positive playlist, a comfort show or a coffee with a friend, make note of it.
This journal entry can be something you come back to that will help you know how to feel better when life throws a new challenge your way.
