The Madwoman foundation is again doing a special project to make a difference to around 260 Melbourne children in foster care (as well as 100 carers/carer families) to be given to them at an end-of-year party.

These are very vulnerable children – ranging from babies to teenagers, who could use some kindness. (We are also needing support for our national project for women and kids fleeing domestic violence around Australia).

Thank you to all our special volunteers who have sewn gorgeous drawstring bags that need filling.

While we already have some gifts, we really, really need help with our Collect-a-thon to provide new, unused gifts to contribute to these care packages. If you can help, please Contact Us.

We are looking for gifts for:

  • Up to 2 yrs – 40 children
  • 2 – 5 years – 80 children
  • 5 – 11 yrs – 90 children
  • 12 yrs and over – 50 children
  • Carers/carer families – 100
